The BRAVE Programme is a strategic pilot initiative spearheaded by the Ministry of Entrepreneur Development and Cooperatives (KUSKOP) and implemented by SME Corp. Malaysia, in collaboration with experienced partners: Deloitte Consulting Malaysia Sdn Bhd, the Securities Industry Development Corporation (SIDC), and the Malaysian Technology Development Corporation (MTDC), as well as a financing intermediary P2P Nusa Kapital Sdn Bhd.

The BRAVE initiative is designed to empower high-potential Bumiputera SMEs to scale up and prepare for listing on Bursa Malaysia. It offers alternative financing of up to RM1 million per company at a competitive 3.5% profit rate, managed by P2P Nusa Kapital Sdn Bhd. This component supports IPO strategies, investor relations, and corporate governance development as part of a national effort to increase Bumiputera participation in the capital market and support sustainable business growth.
